Terms of Services
1. Force Majeure
DNA Ltd shall not be in default of any obligation under the Agreement if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond DNA Ltd’s control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labor action, terrorist activity, or other events of a magnitude or type for which precautions are not generally taken in the industry.
2. Privacy Policy
DNA Ltd ‘s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, is applicable to all Services.
The Privacy Policy sets out Your rights and DNA Ltd’s responsibilities with regard to Your personal information.
DNA Ltd will not use Your information in any way inconsistent with the purposes and limitations provided in the Privacy Policy.
You agree that DNA Ltd, in its sole discretion, may modify the Privacy Policy, and You further agree that, by using the Services after such modifications become effective,
You have agreed to these modifications. You acknowledge that if you do not agree to any such modification, you may terminate this Agreement.
DNA Ltd will not refund any fees paid by You if You terminate your Agreement under this provision.
You represent and warrant that You have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data You supply to DNA Ltd as part of the Services with regard to:
(i) the purposes for which such third party’s personal data has been collected;
(ii) the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party’s personal data;
(iii) which parts of the third party’s data are obligatory and which parts, if any, are voluntary;
(iv) how the third party can access and, if necessary, rectify the data held about them.
You further agree to provide such notice and obtain such consent with regard to any third party personal data You supply to DNA Ltd in the future. DNA Ltd is not responsible for any consequences resulting from Your failure to provide notice or receive consent from such individuals nor for Your providing outdated, incomplete or inaccurate data.
3. Hosting Data Backup Copy
DNA Ltd highly recommends that all customers retain up to date backup copies of their data off site for disaster recovery purposes.
4. Requests for Customer Information
Customer agrees that DNA Ltd may, without notice to Customer,
Report to the appropriate authorities any conduct by Customer or any of Customer’s customers or end users that DNA Ltd believes violates applicable law.
Provide any information that it has about Customer or any of its customers or end users in response to a formal or informal request from a law enforcement or a regulatory agency or in response to a formal request in a civil action that on its face meets the requirements for such a request.
5. Third-Party Content
If You elect to sell or resell advertising or allocate web space to a third party then You will be responsible for the contents of that advertising and the actions of that third party.
DNA Ltd has the absolute right to reject any advertising or other third-party content that is illegal, offensive or otherwise in breach of the then current DNA Ltd policy or agreement.
Such content may result in the suspension or in the immediate termination of Your account. You are responsible for monitoring all service renewals and orders.
In the event that an error occurs the account holder must notify DNA Ltd immediately for appropriate advice, within 24hrs of the said error occurring.
In no event shall DNA Ltd be liable to the Account Holder for any damages resulting from or related to any failure or delay of Service registration, Service transfer or renewal.
6. Customer Support
DNA Ltd provides client support to You at no additional fee for issues related to DNA Ltd service only.
DNA Ltd has the right to decide what is a service related issue and to charge additional fees or refuse support for non-service related issues.
Any fees paid by You for providing non-service related support are non-refundable.
7. Payment of Services
If and when we send a receipt, it only acknowledges receipt of payment, and not delivery of the service. If service is not delivered, we shall issue a refund.

8. Termination of Services
The initial term of Your agreement with DNA LTD shall be as set forth in Your Order Form. The Initial Term shall begin upon commencement of the Services in the Order Form. After the Initial Term, your agreement with DNA LTD shall automatically renew for successive terms of equal length as the Initial Term, unless terminated or cancelled by either party as provided in this section.
Hosting Accounts (Emails and websites) will be terminated (contents deleted) 30 days after expiry of the domain or hosting. Upon such termination any information you have stored on the DNA LTD Hosting Servers will not be retrieved later. This shall apply to data on addon domains and Subdomains if the primary/main hosting account is not renewed. It is your responsibility to check and confirm that the Addon domains and its contents are backed up and transferred before you terminate the account or cancel it.
DNA LTD may terminate this Agreement, or terminate or suspend your access to the DNA LTD Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use the DNA LTD Website will immediately cease.
